    Distance Selling Agreement

    1. PARTIES

    • CONTRACT: This agreement between the SELLER and BUYER,
    • GOODS: Movable goods and software, audio, visual, and similar non-derivatives prepared for use in electronic media, which are the subject of the transaction. material goods,

    3. SUBJECT

    This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.


    The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

    7. PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

    1. The basic characteristics of the goods/products/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER's website. If the Seller has organized a campaign, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until its expiration date.


    7.2. Prices

    The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices advertised periodically are valid until the end of the specified period.

    The sales price of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below.

    9. GENERAL PROVISIONS9.1. Information and Acceptance

    The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes to have read and been informed of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and preliminary delivery information regarding the contracted product on the SELLER's website, and to have provided the necessary electronic confirmation.


    92. Delivery Time

    Each product subject to the contract will be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance from the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.


    10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    Since the products are produced in limited quantities, compatible with your personal vehicle, and are not factory-made, they are non-refundable. There are no returns for international sales.


    11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

    Products such as underwear, make-up products, and disposable products, prepared for the BUYER's request or clearly for their personal needs, are not subject to the right of withdrawal.


    12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

    The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that, if payment is made by credit card and the BUYER enters into default, the BUYER will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and will be liable to the bank.


    13. AUTHORIZED COURT

    Complaints and objections arising from this agreement, including any disputes arising from this agreement, will be submitted to the consumer problems arbitration committee or consumer court in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was made.

    The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon payment for the order placed on the Site.
